Job Description

  • Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.
  • Ensure optimum service through the effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees.
  • To recommend, implement, formulate and execute organizations policies, procedures, rules, regulations and programs for all the employees
  • To assist the P&C Manager in ensuring that the Personnel functions are carried out effectively and professionally, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi skilled workforce.
  • Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Assist the P&C Manager to develop an annual and long-term Human Resources plan that identifies the organizations Human Resources agenda as a component of the organizations overall Strategic Plan.
  • Identify Human Resources strategies and program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of the employees.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality, corporate, or service industry
  • Exposure to learning and development program coordination
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related administrative functions
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and statutory compensation requirements
  • Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Experience coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
