  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and stability of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, and property management systems (PMS/POS).

  • Technical Support: Provide prompt, high-level troubleshooting and technical support for guest rooms, conference facilities, and all hotel departments.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT vendors, telecommunication providers, and software suppliers for system upgrades, maintenance, and contracts.

  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure data privacy, network security, and compliance with corporate IT policies and local regulations.

  • Team Supervision: Supervise, schedule, and mentor IT support staff or technicians to ensure efficient 24/7 technical coverage.

  • Hardware & Software Inventory: Manage hardware/software assets, licenses, and procurement of necessary IT equipment within budget.

  • System Training: Train hotel staff on basic software applications, POS systems, and internal communication tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), hotel systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros POS), and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

  • Troubleshooting Skills: Advanced hardware and software problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure, mission-critical situations.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a technical team, manage vendor relationships, and handle project implementations.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Indonesian (oral and written).

  • Attributes: Strong service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and flexibility to handle on-call emergencies when required.
