Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead, motivate, and drive corporate groups and MICE opportunities to the hotel.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
- Maintain excellent customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
- Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships.
- Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in key territories.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build business relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates.
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies, target key sectors, and optimize performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to improve product offerings.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.
- Ensure cost-effective sales operations and adherence to the financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales management.
- Understanding of key corporate and MICE market dynamics and business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential)
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
