We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. • Clean and prepare all assigned guest rooms to established standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout your shift
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department immediately
• Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and health protocols while performing your duties
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Physical stamina and capability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality with a demonstrated work ethic

• Basic computer skills for using property management systems and other digital tools
