Job Description
- Consistently ensure professional, friendly and engaging service delivery across all recreation areas.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, ensuring service exceeds expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and critical incidents effectively and promptly.
- Drive guest engagement programs (e.g. We Make Moments) to enhance RPS performance.
- Oversee daily operations of all Recreation facilities: Pool, Beach, Gym, Kids Club, M Lounge.
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, infrastructure and inventory.
- Ensure proper setup of pool, beach and activity areas.
- Plan, implement and monitor daily activity programs and special events.
- Ensure programs are delivered safely, on schedule and at high quality standards.
- Develop new ideas to enhance guest experience and activity offerings.
- Manage contingency plans for weather or operational disruptions.
- Supervise, train and develop Recreation team (Fitness, Lifeguard, Activities, Attendants).
- Assign duties, monitor performance and ensure efficient shift operations.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards.
- Conduct regular training programs and ensure training hours compliance.
Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree; graduate degree for advancement, 1-2 years experiences in related position
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Detailed knowledge of working practices of activities
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Ability to work a personal computer
- Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.
- Knowledge of local language
- Strong resistance
