Job Description

Are you ready to lead the most magical time of the year? The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Lead Supervisor to help create a safe, festive, and unforgettable experience for more than 250,000 Christmas guests during our annual holiday event.

As a Lead Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the event, providing leadership and direction to staff while ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence. This management role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of event operations to deliver a seamless and magical experience for every guest.

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10th  
  • Develop, inspire, and retain top talent
  • Effectively and fairly manage and drive high performance of all colleagues
  • Ensure onboarding and continued training of the team
  • Lead consistent focus on delivering engaging guest experiences
  • Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the division
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts
  • 1+ Years Supervisory Experience
  • Must be fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, POS
  • Demonstrated success in talent development/management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster a guest experience focused culture
