Job Description

•Prepare annual sales goals: develop working plans to carry out goals; compare actual achievements against goal; periodically take necessary corrective action.

•Recommending and implementing special promotions .

•Coordinating all methods to maintain and increase business volume.

•Team work oriented with outstanding leadership

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and the national language.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a midscale international business hotel.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and controlling departmental budgets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing and implementing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
