Job Description
Be an ambassador as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, strategically positioning both brands within the South Australia market, and inspire a best-in-class Hub team to drive Revenue, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and People and Culture.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to enable their individual growth and help drive the overall success of the business
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets
- Overseeing the commercial drivers to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Championing employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists
- A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the hotel industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results
- Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
- Passionate to develop self and others
- Clear communication, creating impactful relationships with your team
- Fosters a positive owner relationship while maximising performance
