Job Description

TRAINING

• Familiar with Accor training system, internal training and do training reports: Accor report, LMS report, General training report, Atiom, ALL Campus

• Research and update learning and training needs

• Classroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..)

• Support Training Manager to design & develop training materials

• Coordinate and support other departments in all internal training courses

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Manager

WELFARE & ACTIVITIES

• Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational, engagement activities

• Recommend ways to improve our company’s brand via social media channel

• Take photos for internal event in house to have material to posting

• Be able to use tools for designing and video editor

• Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions.

• Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Execute internal communications

ONBOARDING & WELCOME

• Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new trainees

• Manage data up to date for all trainee, follow up report to C&B for payment

• Conduct orientation training for new trainees
