Job Description
At Fairmont Hotels, exceptional service and flavours are the hallmarks of every dining experience. As Outlet Supervisor, your passion for guest service and the pride you take in our menu offerings will ensure your Outlet is a preferred dining destination!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining outlet.
- Ensure service standards are consistently followed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Support the Outlet Manager in staff scheduling, briefing, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and outlet presentation at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
- Lead by example with professional appearance and guest-focused behavior.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
- Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with supervisory experience in an all-day dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to assist with service setup and breakdown when required.
