Job Description

To drive the development function of the Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar development team with the objective of profitable, sustainable growth of Accor Brands throughout Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. The critical position is directly responsible for sourcing & managing new leads, pitching and negotiation of franchise and management contracts. Oversees Project Validation, projections & KYC. This position is directly linked to the growth of Accor hotel network in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.

  • Business sourcing, identify potential projects, contact/follow-up with owner/developer/consultants to promote and sell Accor Brands. prepare proposals, attend conferences, respond to RFPs, undertake site and property inspections, Brand and owner presentations.
  • Prepare, explain and negotiate MOUs, HMAs HFAs to achieve successful execution of agreements. Interaction with Accor legal and external owners and their advisors.
  • Manage and submit Project Validation files (PV), HMPs, projections and KYC.
  • Ensure Ongoing Wemax updates,  and internal reporting process

Qualifications

  • Strong English & Thai language ability both spoken and written
  • Exceptional sales, networking, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet (Excel) modeling & PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a professional manner
  • Deep knowledge of the lodging and hospitality industry, hotel management or franchise agreements, as well as investment principles
  • Must be a self starter, highly disciplined and able to work independently and prioritize projects, with the ability to display initiative under dynamic environment
  • Highly flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively
  • Evidence of financial and analytical acumen
