Role: - Project Manager

Required

· Have managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects

· Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs

· Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux

· Should have hands-on experience in projects

· Strong project management skills. PMP certification is an added advantage

· Have run a large complex project of at least 5m++

· Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services.

· Experience in contract administrations

· Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects

· Managing at CxO level customer

· Familiarity with HR modules (e.g. PA, OM, PT, PE, etc.)

· Adobe Forms/Smartforms

Plus:

· Archiving in SAP

· PM – Performance Management

· TM – Talent Management

· Succession Planning

· Digital Signature/Digital Personnel File

· Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. SAP HR Technical Consultant will be part of project team which handles upgrade and rollout.
2. SAP HR Technical Consultant will analyze and propose technical solutions and develop technical requirements based on Functional Specifications. Work closely with Technical Team Lead and Functional Consultants. Provide and document effort estimation, feasibility study, unit testing and technical review.

3. SAP HR Technical Consultant ensures technical objects are smoothly imported to UAT and eventually in Production by checking dependencies and sequence.
4. SAP HR Technical Consultant is very independent and collaborative with the team at the same time.
5. SAP HR Technical Consultant may also be part of development team for production support but the main focus is with project implementation.
