Job Description

• Service Delivery Core Team Members – Provide support, tracking, monitoring and reporting on the progress of operations

• Disaster Recovery Team Members – understands IT infrastructure, IT BCP and Disaster Recovery

• Operation Infrastructure Engineers – Upgrade and configure system software that supports infrastructure applications

• Business Center Customer Service Personnel – Act as subject matter expert for the project (with PMO skills)

• Customer Service Representatives – Emails operator; effectively manage large amounts of incoming email enquiries and support call back

• Helpdesk Analysts – Level 1 to Level 2 support
