Job Description

As we continue to grow across multiple delivery areas, our success relies on building a strong and scalable recruitment capability. The Recruitment Lead plays a key role in this journey, shaping the recruitment strategy, creating efficient processes, and partnering with key stakeholders to attract diverse talent across Romania. 

By connecting workforce planning, strategic business needs and data-informed decisions, this role supports the organization to stay adaptable, competitive, and ready for future opportunities. 

Responsibilities  

  • Shape talent acquisition strategy: design and implement a recruitment strategy that supports the organization’s growth priorities. Use data-driven insights and market knowledge to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Lead recruitment transformation: build structured recruitment processes that balance agility, compliance, and quality. Drive continuous improvement and strengthen process automation & AI 
  • Elevate candidate experience: oversee the end-to-end candidate experience. Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback, conversion metrics to refine processes, and ensure every interaction reflects the company’s values. 
  • Build & empower a high-performance team: develop, guide, and inspire a large team focused on hands-on recruitment activities and improvement initiatives. Provide clarity, foster engagement, and support each team member’s development in line with organizational priorities. 
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration: partner closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies address both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce objectives. 
  • Develop strategic market presence: engage in local, national, and international communities. Build relationships with vendors and talent ecosystems while monitoring trends that influence recruitment strategies 

 

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in recruitment strategy and leadership within the IT industry (10y+)
  • Strong understanding of Romania’s talent markets, trends, and competitive landscapes 
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable recruitment processes 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance recruitment teams 
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving mindset 
  • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation 
  • Ability to adjust strategies for short-, medium-, and long-term organizational needs 
  • Experience with process automation or recruitment technology enhancements 
  • Previous involvement in employer branding and community engagement programs and initiatives 
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
