Job Description
One of our clients operates prominently in the financial sector, where we enhance operations across their extensive network of 150,000 workstations and support a workforce of 4,500 employees. Our IT solutions ensure streamlined processes and heightened security, enabling them to maintain leadership in financial tech
This project is part of a broader program consisting of four distinct initiatives within the financial and banking sector, each with unique roles and objectives. One of these initiatives focuses on redesigning and optimizing an existing application for managing authorizations.
Another project focuses on integrating a low-code application using Angular, enabling banks to configure customizable processes like forms. Launched last year, the application is now used by a bank and integrated into their Homepage, Online Banking.
Responsibilities:
Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs.
Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance.
Drive Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts.
Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients.
Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements.
Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in Web Applications using JavaScript and common libraries/frameworks (Angular), CSS and HTML best practices.
Knowledge of Client-Server communication, protocols and REST principles.
Version control proficiency (Git, Atlassian, etc..) or any similar tools.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging, performance testing
Effective communication skills for both team collaboration and client interaction.
Interest and proficiency in XP practices (pair programming, TDD, DDD, simple design, etc.).
Ability to adapt strategies and work methods to specific project contexts.
Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions for different components.
Role is available exclusively under an Employment Contract (CIM).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of frameworks and adjacent technologies used in projects (NodeJS, Docker, etc..).
Willingness and experience in developing colleagues with lower seniority, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge.
Security and UI/UX experience.
