HR Manager (Volunteer/Remote)

Responsibilities And What You Will Do

  • Oversee a team of HR Supervisor & Coordinators.
  • Attend ARO Management Calls weekly and Bi-Weekly Company meetings.
  • Work one-on-one as necessary with Team Members and Managers.
  • Managing the organization and maintenance of team projects.
  • Updating internal HR database to ensure all information is up to date for any/all projects created. 
  • Prepare various HR documents, not limited to: new hire guides, contracts, and more. 
  • Assist HR Hiring Department and other HR staff with activities not limited to onboarding new recruits, streamlining processes, creating documents, etc. 
  • Respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues. 
  • Other tasks as needed.


 

Education and Requirements

  • Prior experience in Human Resources.
  • Be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week.
  • Possess a collaborative way of working. 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Behave professionally in manner and appearance. 
  • Be consistently organized and flexible. 
  • Be a team player with demonstrated experience working with multiple groups or departments.
  • Complex HR knowledge of procedures, practices, and policies.
