  • Support your Product Manager in product discovery, helping shape what gets built, and uphold consistency and UX standards.
  • Design for both consumers and the providers who treat them, keeping both perspectives in mind as you work.
  • Prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code to share bring concepts to life.
  • Craft detailed, production-ready blueprints in Figma that engineers can build from with confidence.
  • Work with engineers to ensure feasibility of designs, craft high-quality handoff artifacts, and participate in the visual QA process to ensure quality implementation.
  • Contribute to our design system with scalable components and patterns.
  • Work with our user research and strategy team to run usability testing and incorporate key learnings.
  • Take part in design reviews with stakeholders across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance, helping translate complex constraints into clear design decisions.

Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience and a portfolio that shows strong craft in SaaS platforms or consumer mobile apps at scale.
  • You’re highly skilled in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping, and you’ve dabbled in AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code to bring ideas to life.
  • You are skilled in mobile-first responsive web design, iOS/Material Design patterns, accessibility, and design systems.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can bring people along, whether that’s a quick working session or a conversation with senior leaders.
  • You’ve helped take an idea from 0 to 1, and you’re comfortable being the one to bring clarity and a compelling vision to something new.
  • You’re quick to get context in an unfamiliar space, synthesize what matters, and figure out where to focus first.
  • You have empathy for how our consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel, and you actively participate in user research.
  • You take feedback well and give it just as thoughtfully.
