Job Description
The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will support Planning, Warehouse and Master Data activities and provide ongoing administrative, coordination and planning support within Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will work directly with Operations, Purchasing & Supplier Management, Programme Management, Quality, Global Supply Planning and Customers with a strong emphasis on customer service. This role is 12-month contract position.
- Engage with NPI project teams to manage all materials through the approval process in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain material and vendor records in Supply Chain Business Systems DSP and SAP.
- Collaborate closely with Global Supply Planning, Site Planning team and Warehouse to manage shipments and ensure supply requirements are met.
- Lead Material Review Board for the site to ensure timely disposition of materials and emdo management.
- Execute & monitor weekly & monthly metrics for the SC Dept.
- Ensure planning parameters on SAP are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Preparing data & analysis for monthly S&OP cycle
- Undertake projects in Supply Chain department.
- Adhere to and support all EHS & E and Quality standards, procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain or engineering.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate Technical or Business Discipline.
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Proficiency in Excel.
