Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Summarize and analyse syndicated data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and translate findings into actionable updates.
  • Manage and enhance market research dashboards to enable ongoing insights and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated market insights supporting marketing campaigns and business strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Design and conduct primary and secondary market research (PMR & SMR) studies, including collaboration with consulting partners as needed.
  • Synthesize and connect internal and external data points to build holistic, data-driven analyses to support decision-making.
  • Conduct digital marketing analytics, providing insights to guide digital marketing efforts.

 

    Skills:

    • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong project management capabilities.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with market research tools.
    • Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch. Mandatory technical skills: PowerBI, QlikSense, Google Analytics, MS Excel, and SQL.

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
    • Proficiency with market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
