We’re looking for a warm, organised Dental Receptionist to join the friendly team at 1300SMILES Buderim. This is a great opportunity to be the welcoming face of a busy, well-established dental practice in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.

Situated in the local shopping village, our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach, our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your day will include:

• Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary
• Handling phone calls, payments and health fund processing
• Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintaining accurate patient records

• Previous experience in dental or medical reception (preferred but not essential)
• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a genuine passion for patient care
