Position Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

Duties Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Provides quality interface for internal and external customers, while upholding organizational Values at all times
  2. Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability for products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth
  3. Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
  4. Efficiently manages the region’s Aerospace , Defense , Telecom , Industrial and distribution segment relationships. Works in conjunction with the global sales team to provide customer solutions
  5. Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking
  6. Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision
  7. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. And periodically disseminate information to corporate
  8. Take up other Special projects as and when assigned.

Key Competencies required:

  1. Strong communication skills with proven track record of effective communications within various organizational functions & Levels.
  2. Proven Sales and Marketing skills.
  3. Working knowledge of electronics industry within the assigned sales territory
  4. Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus
  5. Proven oral, written, telephone & Presentation skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
  8. Computer literate
