Job Description

• § Handling department independently. Ensure the implementation of QMP guidelines.

• § Logical conclusions to enable management to take better decision in quality related issues.

• § Handle plant level quality matters.

• § Certified as an Internal Lead Auditor.

• § Handling the Customer complaints / Corrective actions.

• § Assessment & Monitoring of Customer satisfaction Survey.

• § Cross functional support to develop new products, engineering designs and manufacturing methods.

• § Review of Drawing and Engineering Changes.

• § Conduct Management Review Meeting (MRM).

• § Engage with vendor management drive issue with resolution with suppliers.

• § Responsible to handle all required QMS documentation.

• § Initiatively involving in organizing Team meetings, presentations.

• § Initiate new programs to avoid rejections and achieve Quality objectives ,Policies.

• § Have good knowledge on QA, QC, Inspection, Audit.

• § Good analytical knowledge in process control.

• § Have an extensive customer exposure, resolving their queries.

• § Have an excellent knowledge in Product Development

Qualification: DIP(Electrical)

Experience: 5 Yrs(DIP) or 3 Yrs(BE) in QMS
