We have immediate openings for “Customer Service Representative” one of our Reputed Client for Bangalore location.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Project Location: Bangalore

Exp. Level: 2 – 3 years of Customer Service experience

Below is JD for Customer Service Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Order Creation management: Receive, check and enter customer orders in SAP. Follow-up with local customer service representative or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.
  • Order maintenance management: Action requests (quantity changes/pull-in/push-out/cancellation) with the internal stakeholders compliant with customer T&C’s when defined or per organization policies.
  • Order Confirmation management: Validate organization delivery schedule with internal stakeholders and communicate organization response to front office CSR.
  • Embrace and apply the Market Based Management culture and philosophy.
  • Open to work on shift timing as required to meet business needs.
  • Perform other related back office duties as assigned by management.

Performance Management

  • Internal Productivity/Utilization/Accuracy/Turn Around Time/Quality KPI’s
  • To comply with all Focal Points and departmental goals as determined at the beginning of each calendar Year.

Scope

  • Back office support to GSM Customer Service activities

Education

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma/Graduate
  • English language is mandatory both written and oral proficiency
  • Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of SAP / ERP system would be preferred.
  • Chinese, Mandarin spoken and simplified/traditional written

Work experience

  • 2 to 3 years Customer Service experience is desirable, preferably gained in electronic industry. Fresh diploma/graduates are encouraged to apply.
