Job Description:

Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 0.6-2 years of experience in US recruitment/ recruitment/ International Voice process

Location: Whitefield and Hebbal, Bangalore, KA

Shift Time: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

What do we expect you to do? It's pretty much simple.

·         Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.

·         Handle a variety of job requirements from US based clients.

·         Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates

·         Source candidates from various Job Portals

·         Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications

·         Conduct 1st round of interview to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.

·         Negotiate rate or salary

·         Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

·         Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.               

·         Build and maintain excellent relationship with candidates and the hiring team

·         Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Looking for someone:

·         Should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing

·         Open to IT and Non IT openings

·         Achieve daily and monthly targets

·         Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation

·         Energetic and willing to work for night shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)

·         Fun loving, hard worker

·         A detail-oriented Professional; open to learn

·         Proactive and Good Communicator

·         Independent, Self-starter

·         Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented and a Go-getter
