• 12 Hour LPN/RN:  This position works three - 12 hours shifts (6am-6:30pm OR 6pm-6:30am) weekly and includes an every third weekend rotation!

The responsibilities of the LPN/RN include, but are not limited to, the following:  

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care, based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria for Adult andGeriatric residents.
• Accurately monitor residents’ needs and implement appropriate intervention.
• Ability to obtain, assess and interpret information and data in terms of patient needs.
• Educate the resident and family about the resident’s conditions and communicate to staff the general knowledge of the residents’ conditions and needs.
• Direct and monitor care given by nursing assistants to ensure compliance with facility’s policies and procedures.  
• Ensure medications are safely administered as ordered by the physician.
• Responsible for maintaining day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern skilled nursing facilities.

• Currently licensed in MN as a LPN/RN and in good standing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to anticipate needs of day and prioritize
• Uses good observation skills
• Must be self-directed, yet work well as a team
• Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers, and visitors
• Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and good communication skills
