Job Description

Join our dedicated Warehouse Team as a Lead, who will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse and logistics management to ensure our clients receive their products in a timely, smooth and safe manor.  

We are an eCommerce company, and this role will work closely with all aspects of our international online teams and departments. We are a small team, and this  role will perform an important array of functions including managing a small team of Warehouse Associates, and various tasks relating to developing our supply chain and logistics. 

Other tasks will include:

  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding and training of warehouse staff and resources

  • Supervise and step in when needed to unload inbound container shipments and inspect all products for defects or damages

  • Ensure  the receiving and processing of orders in our inventory management software (Netsuite) is occurring effectively

  • Create, process and expedite requisitions for material, return materials authorizations (RMA) and equipment

  • Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

  • Contribute to ideas on optimizing and improving warehouse procedures 

Qualifications

  • Working experience using ShipStation

  • Organized and highly detailed oriented

  • Prior warehouse / supply chain experience specifically with 3PL (third-party logistics)

  • Experience using Netsuite

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management will be considered an asset

  • Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs

  • Highschool, GED or equivalent
