Job Description

The GTM Operations Manager will have 2 primary areas of responsibility.  The first one will be to project manage key GTM Initiatives across the GTM organization, cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Others) and Zscaler.  Some examples might include fiscal planning, vertical blueprints, business cases for emerging market expansion, different automation or optimization tools, etc.  The second area of responsibility will be to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency for our Technical Alliances organization.  An example of a project might include automating and optimizing the AWS and Azure order processing and other key sales processes.  The expectation of this role is to partner with the VP of Field Operations and each Geo Operations leader to drive operational effectiveness, ad hoc support, policy and process updates, effective field communication, and ensure alignment of our operational cadence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.  Tableau a plus, but not required

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill

  • Ideally educated to degree or MBA level or demonstrable experience in a relevant position.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base

  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 

  • Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in sales process, order processing, and channel sales.

  • Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
