Job Description
The Central Campaign Management division oversees centrally planned, large-scale campaigns executed across all countries, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency, and manages key campaign types including #1 Campaigns, sales activation campaigns, pet expertise campaigns, central OB campaigns, and app-exclusive campaigns.
- Mastermind the strategic set up of the annual Central Campaign plan (global with local execution) and definition of KPI sets and target setting
- Responsible for individual campaign planning, management, execution and control as well as analysis of the campaigns (including necessary documentation and further development of campaign concepts after performance analysis.) in close collaboration with a respective Central Campaign Manager from the Campaign Operations Bucket
- With your Marketing background and experience in brand, branding and brand identity you are able to compile strong sales and promotion driven campaigns and mechanisms driven by certain business needs.
- Develop new campaign concepts and sales mechanisms tailored to each campaign type and corresponding key messaging to strategically support on building the zooplus brand.
- With agile approach and mindset regarding campaign planning and managing, react to unexpected circumstances and adapt to trends.
- Be constantly aware of local conditions to offer the best campaign to the respective customer in different countries.
Responsibilities in the Campaign Marketing Bucket:
- Development of innovative creative concepts (meeting the brand identity) taking into consideration customer oriented and target group specific Media ideas and customer touchpoint strategies.
- Development of mediaplans in alignment with all the different channel owners
- Development and coordination of bookable Marketing packages for suppliers and OB including internal and external channels (focus on external channels in close alignment with the Campaign Operations Bucket to ensure the consistency of our online and offline presence.)
- Support of Campaign performance analysis with all channel owners (Marketing KPI Score Card)
- Presenting Campaign Concepts, Briefings etc. to various stakeholders of different hierarchies
Additional tasks:
- Collaboration with external agencies (steering, monitoring, briefing, project management, etc.).
- Taking part in technical developments (app, targeting integration, raffle integration, tool development campaign management).
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or similar
- Solid experience in campaign and brand marketing in an international, multi-market setup
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale, centrally driven campaigns
- Good understanding of brand identity, sales mechanics, and KPI-driven campaign performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with media, channel owners, and senior stakeholders
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to market and local needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus
