Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Paid Social & Display Manager to join our digital marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience in paid social and display advertising.

You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic display. You'll work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to full-funnel performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the setup, management, and optimization of paid social and display campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis
  • Help test new audiences, creatives, formats, and platforms
  • Assist with budget pacing and performance tracking
  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
  • Contribute ideas and proactively suggest improvements

Qualifications

 

  • Strong motivation and a growth mindset — eager to learn and improve continuously
  • Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and advertising platforms
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers and data
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

Nice to have

  • First experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or DV360
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.)
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and basic data analysis
