Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Project Manager for our Own Brands Food team. In this role, you will support building operational excellence and managing projects across commercial, product, and customer-centric domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to connect people, ideas, and resources and drive impact.
This is a development position: You will gradually take on more project ownership, learn to work across departments, and gain valuable exposure to shaping and executing growth initiatives at zooplus.
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects focused on Commercial, Product, and Customer-centric growth initiatives
Contribute to project plans and organizational tasks, ensuring deliverables are prepared on time and with quality
Assist in reporting, analysis, and presentation of project results to stakeholders
Support the launch and execution of Own Brand growth initiatives (e.g., campaign optimization, customer research measures, product improvements) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Gather and analyze data on campaign and project outcomes, providing actionable insights
Identify opportunities for improved processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders
Build strong relationships across departments and gradually expand responsibilities toward transversal project leadership
Bring own ideas to optimize marketing campaigns and contribute to the team’s growth mindset
Qualifications
University degree in business administration, marketing, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
1–3 years experience in project coordination with exposure to marketing/sales
Strong interest in developing project management skills and growing into cross-functional responsibilities
Analytical thinking with ability to work with data and derive recommendations
Structured, organized, solution-oriented work style
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent English (written & verbal); German is a plus but not required
Comfortable in international, hybrid/remote setups
