Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Specialist to support end-to-end SAP MM operations across multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers in Europe. This role combines hands-on system expertise, process ownership, and operational excellence to ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration with SAP systems and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as SAP MM Key User during warehouse rollouts and post-go-live phases.
- Support SAP MM configuration, testing (unit, integration, acceptance), and troubleshooting.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, physical stock reconciliation, and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
- Detect and resolve deviations such as IDoc errors, WMS process issues, or data inconsistencies.
- Maintain and monitor documentation, dashboards, and reports using SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau.
- Serve as Business Process Owner for inventory management, collaborating with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and digitalization projects.
- Conduct training sessions and share best practices to enhance operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP MM, including inventory management, procurement, and warehouse integration.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, compliance, and inventory control.
- Experience in supporting SAP implementations, rollouts, and operational troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboards using SAP GUI, Fiori, SAC, or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SAP WMS integration and IDocs is a requirement.
