Job Description

As a Working Student, you will participate in each phase of our Customer Research & CX Insights projects. You will collaborate with our team to transform customer feedback into actionable insights that inform customer-centric business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing survey guidelines
  • Programming questionnaires
  • Conducting desk research
  • Consolidating and analyzing diverse data sources
  • Creating insights dashboards
  • Assisting in the preparation of results presentations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in psychology, business administration, or a related discipline with a focus on market research.
  • Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in quantitative and qualitative market research methods and descriptive statistics.
  • Familiarity with surveying tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and the Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
  • Previous work experience or project-related experience in customer research is beneficial.

The gross monthly salary for this position according to the IT collective agreement is € 1300 for 20 hours/week
