Job Description

As an E-Commerce Growth Manager at zooplus, you will be the driving force behind identifying and coordinating regional and local growth opportunities within and across categories. You will guide and collaborate with Country Heads and Category Managers on strategic priorities across the dimensions of Customers, Competitors, and Channels, acting as a bridge between central functional teams and local e-commerce sales teams.

Your role will be crucial in drafting strategic plans, supporting category decisions with market and category intelligence, and steering them to execution with collaborating teams to realize profitable growth. You will be responsible for driving online sales and revenue growth by implementing and optimizing various strategies. This includes analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, support in executing marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates, user experience, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide key inputs for the regions’ annual category strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market segment intelligence data to understand competitor profiles and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to budget planning.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities to drive projects.
  • Collaborate with teams including Digital Marketing, CRM, Own Brands (food and non-food), Customer Care, UX Research, Logistics, and Product & Tech.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG / e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of pet care is an asset.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to influence at all business levels.
  • Understanding of customer trends, needs, and market requirements.
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Fluency in Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, or Swedish is an asset.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing is an asset.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills to manage initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely execution
