We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager Strategic Initiatives for our office in Krakow, Poland. A few of your tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

• Owns and carries out strategic projects across end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring that initiatives align with the company's business and regions goals and objectives.
• Surfaces key business insights that result into actions on regional and/or country level (e.g., market trends, competitive analysis, analytical findings).
• Drives ways of working and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., to execute strategic projects). 
• Prepares budgets/ business cases for strategic projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while minimizing costs.
• Monitors project performance against established metrics, creates business cases and calculations planned KPI's, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or similar.You have at least
• 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment with an analytical focus, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent project leadership skills, with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You possess a bias for action.
• Fluency in English
