We are seeking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Design team within the Graphics Department — someone who can bring stories to life through visuals, enhance our brand, and design work that connects with our audience. 
 
You will work with a dynamic and international team to develop and execute creative strategies, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while driving innovative design solutions.

Your main Tasks:

Brand Development & Management: 

• Define and design cohesive brand guidelines, in close alignment with senior management. 
• Monitor and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects. 
• Creation of assets that reflect and enhance the company’s brand identity across all platforms.

Creative Leadership:  

• Conceptualise and execute high-quality designs for our shops, campaigns and corporate initiatives. 
• Mentor and guide designers to foster creativity and skill growth within the team.

Strategic Collaboration: 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals. 
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual alignment with our business goals.

Project Management: 

• Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. 
• Prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining flexibility in a demanding environment. 
• Setting up goals, providing updates, receiving and implementing feedback.

Design Execution: 

• Produce graphics for onsite, campaigns and presentations. 
• Innovate with emerging design tools, techniques, and trends to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.

Quality Control: 

• Conduct reviews of all creative assets to ensure they meet the brand standards and project goals. 
• Ensure all designs are optimised for user-experience and accessibility where applicable.

• 5+ years of design experience in e-commerce, agencies, or similar environments. 
• Strong portfolio required and should be added to the application.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). 
• High professional user knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, ideally more.) 
• Figma knowledge is appreciated. 
• Strong skills of graphic design, styles, typography and layout techniques. 
• High internet affinity and deep knowledge over new developments in the area of Online Design, as well as innovative design. 
• Understanding of marketing, online design, corporate identity and online advertisements. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolving complex design orientated problems 
• Willingness to travel through Europe.
