Do you want to challenge our Management board with your data-driven decisions in the Supply Chain? Are you ready to plan, control and optimize our logistics network (over 10 FCs in Europe) on a strategical and tactical level? Do you want to be responsible for a decision-making process?

Overall you will improve and manage an interdependent, complex optimization calculus, consisting of different value chain steps: Inbound, parcel production/fulfilment, linehaul transportation and last mile delivery and different goals (e.g. cost and lead time optimization) whereas also certain restrictions (e.g. capacity constraints) have to be obeyed.
Do you want an intellectually challenging and collaborative role?

You will fit perfectly if you use data analysis with SQL, Python or Tableau regularly and if you are able to convince different stakeholders with different backgrounds.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning of production and transportation outbound flow;
• Coordination of outbound processes to provide the best possible delivery speed to our clients at minimal costs;
• Monitor all related KPIs such as cost of parcel, lead time, fulfilment workload, production backlog, etc;
• Identifying and resolving outbound related problems, find & fix root causes;
• Making the logistic network transparent, monitorable, and aligned with different parts of the operational department;
• Defining smooth & efficient processes (or question existing ones) and drive their implementation in the supply chain in coordination with relevant stakeholders;
• Collaboration with all outbound related stakeholders like last mile, transportation and fulfilment.

• Bachelor degree in planning/logistic/analytical or similar field;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics or e-com as an Planer, Analyst or similar position;
• Know-how in creating SQL queries and writing Python scripts;
• Knowledge of supply chain processes;
• Number-driven approach, good analytical skills;
• Good communication skills, ability to explain complex issues in a simple language;
• Fluency in English (C1/C2), spoken and written.
