Are you a dynamic HR professional with the gravitas to engage senior/C-level leaders? Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you'll be a pivotal part of our Departmental Leadership team. Partnering closely with Executive Committee leaders, you'll drive our People and HR Strategy, fostering transformation and organizational effectiveness in line with our company's vision. Your commercial savvy and strategic insight will be crucial as you translate plans into action within our matrix environment.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a talent strategy aligned with zooplus’ goals, emphasizing workforce planning for growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships within line and HR leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and coach on employee relations.
  • Transformation Leadership: Drive department-wide transformation, facilitating necessary changes to support organizational growth.
  • Inclusion & Diversity: Prioritize I&D, crafting a strategy and overseeing local implementation in partnership with colleagues.
  • People Proposition: Articulate clear expectations for employees and leaders regarding responsibilities and behaviours.
  • Collaborative HR: Foster teamwork with HR colleagues, enhancing HR's contribution to business success.

Qualifications

  • Degree in human resources management, business, or a related field
  • Sound working experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-national (technology or e-commerce) company
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Capability to translate business goals into people requirements and meaningful people products
  • Develop trustful professional relationships with business stakeholders and peers
  • Being self-directed, motivated, and familiar with a dynamic environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English across all levels within the organization. German, Polish, and Spanish languages are an advantage.
