We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Labelling & Packaging who will be responsible for the key artwork, labelling, and compliance processes across all brands and categories, in close cooperation with the Brand Managers. Being a part of a very strategic area of the business - the Own Brands Food team, you will build up processes from scratch, having a great impact on zooplus' success.

As a Junior Project Manager Labelling & Packaging, you will: 

  • Manage and develop Own Brands Food department’s labelling projects in terms of product declaration & labelling in close cooperation with the Product Experts (technical team) on a regular basis, as well as across the Product Management Teams (for the respective brands)
  • Meet the timelines of the assigned projects following the defined process
  • Coordinate, support, and control the artwork process among all the internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle declaration templates and manage over 20 different languages for ideal implementation on the packaging, in close work with translation and design agencies
  • Closely cooperate and align with the Product Managers (for respective brands) as well as Teamleads, Purchasing, Product Development & Quality Management, Sales, and Pricing
  • Provide artwork process analysis and optimization
  • Manage files backup and switchovers to different suppliers

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing / projects
  • Initial internship experience, ideally in product management in the FMCG, retail, or pet food industries
  • Analytical skills combined with a passion for large data volumes; attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Preferably, initial experience working on projects & processes for New Products (including packaging / labelling processes)
  • Ideally, initial experience in the cooperation with external agencies
