Delivery Driver

ZipZone Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional delivery experiences for Amazon customers. As a DSP, we are an independently owned and operated business that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely, efficiently, and on time.

We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, this role offers independence, active work, and the satisfaction of serving customers in your community.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their Amazon orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate company-provided delivery vans and other delivery vehicles.
• Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently throughout your assigned route.
• Follow planned delivery routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Deliver packages in a timely and professional manner while maintaining delivery accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service during all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch personnel regarding route updates, delays, or delivery concerns.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
• Work in various weather conditions while meeting performance and safety expectations.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous delivery, courier, logistics, warehouse, or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation tools is a plus.
