Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated, fast, and hungry learner. As a junior business analyst, you will support gathering requirements, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating partners' systems and customer needs. document requirements, define the scope and objectives of integrations, and follow up with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
- Collaborates with partners to determine project scope and vision.
- Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Works with stakeholders and the product team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Participates in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to partners and/or the product team.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefines as necessary.
- Manage the partners life cycle with Zid app market, and provide them guidance and support in each phase.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to partners and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Makes sure partners receive requested requirements and services in a timely fashion.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Service multiple partners concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Manage the partners in each phase of the integration cycle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management, management information system, information technology, or a related field.
- one to two years of previous experience in a Business Analysis or related role (such as in, product Management, or project management).
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the technical background and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and a clear communicator of business analysis decisions and the rationale behind them.
- Good understanding of working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative
- customer data to inform decisions.
Additional Information
Nice to have:
- Understanding/experience in SAAS platforms.
- Understanding/experience in eCommerce industry
- Technical background with experience in integrations, software development or web technologies.
- Good understanding of Application Programming Interface (API).
