Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at ZidPOS. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our POS system. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with different vendors in order to set up and onboard the Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the ZidPOS, including sales management, inventory management, and payment management, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize system performance and stability.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with different vendors in order to set up and onboard the Hardware.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and negotiate contracts to ensure that the company receives the best possible value for its investments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Account Management, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Merchant Growth, to ensure that all departments are aligned and working together to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
