We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work either the day shift (7:00am to 7:00pm) or the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) in our Guest House. The House is a 6-bed residential care facility that offers 24-hour care, seven days a week for those facing advanced illness at the end-of-life. As a ZHP nurse, you will:

- Directly support our residents and their families when they need it most by providing hands-on care, comprehensive clinical management, and meaningful education

- Be trained in end of life care best practices -- including advanced symptom management rooted in mindful and compassionate caregiving modalities -- that strive to create a compassionate, genuine, comprehensive and respectful approach to those facing the end of their lives

- Work collaboratively with doctors and clinicians, hospice agencies, social workers, chaplains and volunteer caregivers.

Our ideal candidate will share ZHP's mission and purpose of caring for the whole person while also possessing the following qualifications.

• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Current California CNA license
• Hospice experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds or more to be lifted, pushed, pulled, or carried
