La startup a été créée par Xavier Zeitoun, Julien Balmont et Thomas Zeitoun en 2011. Elle a depuis connu une croissance rapide de son activité et de ses effectifs qui comptent aujourd’hui une quarantaine de salariés en France, au Royaume-Uni et en Espagne.
La société a su convaincre des investisseurs de renom qui y ont investi 7,8M€ (dont 6M€ récemment).
Job Description
Do you have a knack for getting the right emails into the right inboxes at the right times? Can you rewrite 50 times an email subject and content to make it more attractive to readers? Do you live to see those open and clickthrough rates climb higher and higher? We're seeking an expert in CRM and emailing to join our team. You'll be expected to build a CRM strategy that includes acquisition and nurturing email campaigns to ultimately increase our sales.
Responsibilities
- Imagine our entire CRM acquisition and retention strategy.
- Manage all emailing campaigns (content, visuals, call-to-action, landing pages etc…) to drive more opens, more clicks and more leads
- Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Work daily with other teams: content, country managers, sales...
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
- Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology.
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form).
- This job can either be done in English or in French (mother tongue). For a native English speaker, speaking a bit of French is a must.
