ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

A position has just opened up for a new Assistant General Manager to join our team. The right individual will be customer-service focused, well organised, and a quick learner.

Our team operates late license bar in Soho. The position is a coveted one, and grants the applicant an amazing opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in an exciting industry.

Key requirements for the Assistant General Manager:

• Previous experience in the fast-paced hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety
• A drive to learn and improve
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Customer service focused

Duties of the Assistant General Manager:

• Managing the daily operation of the venue in coordination with General Manager
• Ensuring staff members complete their duties
• Adhering to and managing Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Effectively managing a team
• Ordering and stock management
