- Full-time
Company Description
ZSuite Technologies (www.zsuitetech.com) is a new FinTech startup located in Burlington, Massachusetts with a mission to provide banks and credit unions with innovative technology for specific, profitable verticals so that they can grow their institutions through differentiated offerings. ZSuite, which was formed in the summer of 2019, is a spinout from one of the fastest growing community banks in Massachusetts, where the two leading products (ZRent and ZDeposit) were originally developed in-house by the bank’s product innovation division. ZRent (www.zrent.net), which was originally created in 2015, is a rent payment processing platform that allows landlords to electronically collect rent from tenants and ZDeposit (www.zdeposit.net), developed and launched in 2018, is the “sister solution” that not only allows landlords and property managers to digitally opens security deposit bank accounts, but also provides tools that solve many of the state-level compliance headaches associated with collecting security deposits.
At ZSuite, entrepreneurship and innovation are a part of who we are. The existing team is made up of seasoned executives across both the FinTech and banking industries who recognize that to be successful, it is imperative that we are constantly improving, becoming more efficient, and looking for areas of growth and opportunity for the business. But just as importantly, we also believe that it’s not just about what we do, but about how we do it. As a result, there are four critical values that make the company culture and drive our decision making as employees and good citizens every day: Focus, Grow, Celebrate and Serve. We look for reasons to incorporate these into our daily lives (is it time for a dance party??) and are looking forward to continuing to grow the team with like-minded individuals who strive for these same values.
