        Job Description

        Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Supervisor for our location in Hallwang/Salzburg, with expertise in Measurement and Control Technology/Building Automation. In this role, you will independently manage smaller projects, typically valued between $50,000 and $250,000 USD. You will support and guide assigned technicians/engineers and subcontractors, assisting with administrative tasks, revenue-cost-result announcements, planning, risk assessment, change order management, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Plan, coordinate, and oversee Measurement and Control Technology (MSR) projects in the building technology sector.
        • Coordinate assigned technicians.
        • Monitor and coordinate all installation and assembly activities on-site.
        • Implement innovative solutions for customers at the highest quality level and provide customer support.
        • Transform diverse customer philosophies and expectations into valuable and cost-effective solutions.
        • Project management and project control.
        • Lead or participate in project team meetings.
        • Attend construction meetings and customer meetings.
        • Invoicing and ensuring timely payment.

        Qualifications

        Key Qualifications:

        • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent (HTL, FH, TU).
        • Preferably, experience in building automation (Measurement, Control, Regulation, and Building Management Systems).
        • Basic experience with automation technology is advantageous.
        • Knowledge and experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary Systems) is a plus.
        • Proficient PC skills (Windows, Office, Networking).
        • Fluent in spoken and written German.
        • Good English skills.
        • Business-oriented thinking.
        • Flexibility, self-organization, and resilience.
        • Interest in new and future-oriented technologies.
        • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
        • Confidence and enjoyment in customer interactions.
        • Willingness to learn and potential for development.
        • High willingness to travel within Austria.
