Job Description

  • Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software problems
  • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of company’s product devices
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all product related concerns from clients or other employees
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for company products

Qualifications

  • First degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering and Electrical Electronics Engineering is an added advantage.
  • Graduates who have completed their Higher Education programs and are awaiting NYSC deployment (PRE-SERVICE).
  • Corp members currently undergoing their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
