Job Description

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Receive correspondences for the company, sign for receipt and facilitate dispatch to the respective office or persons.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer question
  • Cross-selling company's products to potential and existing customers via phone calls, Whatsapp, or live chat  
  • Generate sales leads with the use of appropriate tools
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Communicating with customers through various channels and providing accurate information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communication or any other related field.

Additional Information

  • 2 years proven experience 
  • Experience with customer management, marketing, and relationship management teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
