Job Description
Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
Communicate with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.
Coordinating external training as the need arises
Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Providing technical support to customers and clients and advice where necessary
Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
Maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensuring network security
Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
Install technology upgrades, and maintenance.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
Education:
SSCE/ Interns
OND in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
