Job Description

  • Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service

  • Communicate with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.

  • Coordinating external training as the need arises

  • Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues

  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Providing technical support to customers and clients and advice where necessary 

  • Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.

  • Maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensuring network security

  • Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.

  • Install technology upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Qualifications

Education:

  • SSCE/ Interns

  • OND in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
