Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

●  Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 

●  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

●  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to upsell company products

●  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

●  Developing quotes and proposals for clients

●  Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

●  Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.

●  Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

●  Informing management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs

●  Liaise with technical support team members regarding customer requests or technical questions from customers

●  Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales

 

Qualifications

Experience:

●      2-3 years sales/business development  experience within the IT/Tech space

●      Experience of launching new products

●      Experience selling Biometric Devices, CCTV and Survellievance system would be of additional advantage

Experience with B2B and B2C sales
